Good for: cheese
Chill this wine as much as possible without freezing it! It is a beautifully sweet wine that is perfect with a cheese and meat board. I can imagine this on a hot summers day at the end of a civilized bbq just as much as I can on a cold winters day, a couple of hours after digesting a roast when dad brings out the leftovers with cheese.
You can really taste the citrus notes in this wine. I personally tasted (and smelt) passion fruit and peach singing from this wine but after reading reviews there is a stronger grapefruit element.
