Schneeberger Vineyard - Grüner Veltliner
Good for: schnitzel
As with most Austrian wines, this one was a little fruity for my liking but it did go nicely enough with our schnitzel. Grüner veltliner is known to be a good wine for drinking with food and I'd agree with this as I wouldn't want to drink it alone.
This is not a style of wine I would likely go back to unless I'm in Austria, Czech Republic or Slovakia.
