bacon; scrambled eggs; avocado & pea smash; sweet potato, cashew & bacon bake; chives

This is a great pre or post workout breakfast. I had this before a 10am workout and had noticeably more energy. Yes, it has quite a lot of calories at 2330kJ but they are good calories that will give you more energy to fuel a better workout.

The portion size is very generous and I could't eat all three pieces of bacon but I would definitely recommend this as an occasional breakfast.
