In Shinjuku, Tokyo (around about here: 35°41'20.4"N 139°41'49.2"E) you can find an underground cheap-as-chips restaurant that serves mass produced dumplings.
My boss has taken me here a couple times when we've been in Tokyo. It's his favourite place to eat as there are English menu's and delicious dumplings. Sorry, but I don;t remember the exact name of this place.
About a dozen flavors to choose from, this place is a must for any Japanese fast-food connoisseur. Try the frozen beer while you are there too!
