Big Pink, Miami
Big Pink in Miami's South Beach area is the ultimate retro American diner.
In addition to the obligatory fries and onion rings, I ordered a bucket of buffalo chicken wings which were super spicy and sour (I was thankful for the celery and cooling dip)! Stephen ordered the BBQ burger which was massive and disgustingly delicious. The menu is enormous and they run from breakfast to 5am on a Friday and Saturday (8am to 12am the rest of the week)!
If you want a real American experience without the stuffiness of the rest of South Beach's restaurants, head to Big Pink and enjoy stuffing yourself to you couldn't possibly eat anymore.
