Pepper Tree - Sticky Pig, 2012 Pinot Gris

Good for: dessert

Both Stephen and I love this wine. It was our first introduction to "sticky" wines by some friends of ours so maybe that's why we have fond memories of it! Whilst being a sweet wine that is perfect after dinner alone or with desert, it remains fresh and enlightening. The taste of peaches and pears continues to grow the more you drink - yes that is an encouragement to drink more! As you can see from the photo, another wine that is best as chilled as possible.
