Zesty Asparagus wrapped in Parma Ham

I love asparagus wrapped in parma ham and I hadn't made it in a long while. As you can see from the photo, the ham I used was a bit too thick so it felt more like bacon wrapped asparagus... not that that is necessarily a bad thing! However a slightly thinner cut would be ideal. Also, I only had access to Serano ham and I think Parma is more preferable for this dish.
Ingredients
asparagus, woody end snapped off
parma ham, as many slices as needed for the amount of asparagus you have
lemon
olive oil
Recipe
Preheat oven to 200c. Cook the asparagus in salted boiling water for a couple of minutes, then immediately drain and put under a cold tap to cool. Put the asparagus in a bowl and add olive oil and lemon zest - as much as you enjoy.
Pair the asparagus based roughly on length and roll up in the ham. Depending on the width of the ham, you may need to halve it lengthways so it doesn't cover the whole asparagus bunch.
Bake in the oven until the ham is crispy.
