Santa Julia - 2012 Malbec
Good for: meat and drinking
Argentinan Malbec is one of our favourites - most likely because our first experience was in Argentina itself with a delicious steak! We buy this Santa Julia Malbec in bulk because it is so reasonably priced, matches any meaty dish and drinks well on its own.
Reviews of this wine say it is a little light for a Malbec and I agree, which is actually one of the reasons I like it as a versatile staple.
