I'm just going to list what we had at this restaurant because every single dish was fantastic. Tasty, refined, generous, moreish. They had a wide selection of gluten free dishes and their cocktails are delicious!
Starters:
House made Windsor duck liver pate with smoked asparagus, apple, freshly baked crisp bread and Parmesan snow
Tempura Zucchini flowers filled with Australian prawn and dill mousse, rocket, mango and avocado salsa
Mains:
Char-grilled Hunter Valley Angus tenderloin, onion jam, Parklands baby vegetables & Red wine glaze
Cashew nut crumbed grass fed Riverina lamb racks with parsnip skordalia, Swiss chard, pencil leek and lemon thyme jus
Dessert:
Belgian chocolate mousse with blackberry coulis and vanilla Yoghurt crème with hazelnut chocolate filo roll
Kaffir lime and lemongrass crème brulee, coconut sorbet, lime and pistachio biscotti
This restaurant is certainly worth a visit if you are in the Blue Mountains and whilst I haven't written much about it, it's only because everything was just perfect.
They even have a cozy lounge with a brilliant pianist, bar, leather sofas and roaring fireplace.
