Grilled Lamb Chops with Sweet Potato Wedges and Cucumber Salad

An old classic - meat and 2 veg. Easy to prepare, fast to cook and delicious to eat. You want to grill the chops on a high heat so the fat melts but the meat stays medium. For the wedges you just need to cut up the sweet potato, toss with oil and Moroccon seasoning and then grill. The cucumber salad just has cream and dill in it.
Enjoy with some american mustard and Bob's your uncle!
