Healthy truffles

I was looking for a healthy treat for Valentine's Day and found this great recipe for raw raspberry truffles. If you don't like coconut, I wouldn't recommend these, otherwise they are great, relatively healthy bites of goodness!
Ingredients
4 tbs frozen raspberries
4 tsp maple syrup
3 tsp coconut oil
2 tbs coconut flour
2 tbs coconut milk
pinch of salt
Recipe
Blitz all of the ingredients in a food processor and roll into small bitesize balls.
The original recipe then says to microwave the chocolate ingredients and dip. I tried this and failed miserably - twice. I then tried melting the ingredients over a hot pan - it still didn't work.
I ended up just melting leftover chocolate buttons over a hot pan and then dipping. It wasn't perfect but it was a better outcome than adding the maple syrup and vanilla extract!
